Hi, I’m Hannah!

I am a photographer and writer with a passion for sports media. I have worked for BYU’s athletic department as well as Utah’s professional rugby team, the Utah Warriors.

I graduated from BYU with a degree in sports journalism. During my time as a student at BYU, I spent over two years working as a photographer for The Daily Universe, BYU’s student newspaper, where I gained experience in several photo specialties and discovered my love for the excitement of the sports media environment. I also spent a semester as a sports reporter for The Daily Universe. I covered swimming and men’s volleyball and enjoyed the opportunities I had to learn more about the athletes and tell their stories.

During my final year at BYU, I worked as an intern with BYU Athletics. I was the sports information director for the swim and dive team, and assisted with other teams and sporting events as needed. I produced game recaps, managed communication between athletes and media members, and managed social media accounts. I loved working with the athletic department and learning from the people around me.

I feel lucky to have discovered my passion for sports content and to have spent the past six years gaining experience in the field!
